The Ministry of Energy in Ghana has issued an invitation for sealed bids from qualified bidders to supply, deliver, and install climate-resistant public solar home systems for off-grid communities in the country.
Prospective bidders, meeting the eligibility criteria, can obtain additional information and review the bidding document during office hours (9 am to 4 pm GMT) at the provided Address 1.
It is crucial to adhere to the deadline as late bids will not be considered. The public opening of bids will take place at Address 2 in the presence of designated representatives of the bidders and any interested attendees.
All bids must be accompanied by a bank bid security in the specified amount. The bid security format is detailed in the bidding document.
- Lot 1: 163 solar off-grid electrification systems for public community energy centers, educational, and health facilities in selected communities in Eastern, Volta, and Oti Regions – Bid security amount of $15,000.00.
- Lot 2: 218 solar off-grid electrification systems for public community energy centers, educational, and health facilities in selected communities in Bono East, Savannah, and Northern regions.
