Neosun Energy Begins Installation of 1 MW Solar Station at Dayizenza Mall in Nelspruit, South Africa

Global EPC company Neosun Energy has commenced the installation of a Commercial Solar Station at Dayizenza Mall in Nelspruit, South Africa. This project involves the design and construction of a grid-tied solar photovoltaic (PV) plant with a total capacity of 1 megawatt (MW), marking a significant step in the company’s sustainability initiatives.

The solar power plant is projected to provide monthly electricity savings of over 50-60% throughout its operational lifetime, which is expected to exceed 40 years. This initiative highlights Dayizenza Mall’s commitment to reducing its environmental impact while harnessing the benefits of renewable energy solutions to foster a cleaner and more sustainable future. “The initiative underscores Dayizenza Mall’s dedication to reducing its environmental impact and supporting the environmental advantages of renewable energy solutions,” stated Jeanine Jackson.

In addition to the solar project, Neosun Energy has recently expanded its presence in South Africa by opening new branches in Cape Town and Johannesburg to better serve local customers. With solar energy being the most cost-effective form of energy generation, the company aims to provide significant savings for local businesses.

“The entrance of Neosun Energy into the South African market offers a promising opportunity for local businesses to effectively address the energy crisis,” said Ilya Likhov, CEO of Neosun Energy. “Our advanced solar solutions will help South African businesses and local companies save on electricity costs, become more efficient, and enhance their profitability. We strongly believe that together we can not only speak about impactful changes, but we can also implement them.”
