Aramco Signs 17 MoUs Valued At $30 Billion With Companies In The United States

Aramco, one of the world’s leading integrated energy and chemicals companies, has signed seventeen Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements with major U.S. companies, with a potential combined value exceeding $30 billion through its group companies. These new agreements build on the 34 MoUs announced in May, which had a potential value of around $90 billion, bringing the total potential collaboration between Aramco and U.S. firms to approximately $120 billion. The partnerships are designed to advance Aramco’s strategic growth objectives and enhance shareholder value, spanning activities such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), financial services, advanced materials manufacturing, and procurement of materials and services.

Amin H. Nasser, Aramco President & CEO, highlighted the longstanding collaboration with U.S. companies, noting that American firms have been instrumental in the company’s success since the 1930s—from supporting the first oil production in Saudi Arabia to contributing to the growth of gas and integrated downstream operations, the development of advanced digital technologies and AI, and the training of Aramco employees in the U.S. He added that the newly signed multi-billion-dollar MoUs are expected to act as a springboard for further progress, reinforcing Aramco’s legacy of innovation, partnership, and value creation with American counterparts.
