Q CELLS has launched its latest high-power solar modules, the Q.PEAK DUO-G10 and Q.PEAK DUO XL-G11.2, bringing industry-leading efficiency and performance to both residential and ground-mounted solar installations.
Q.PEAK DUO-G10: High Power, Compact Design
Building on the success of the Q.PEAK DUO-G9, the G10 series incorporates larger M6 wafers and Q CELLS’ Q.ANTUM DUO Z Technology, which arranges cells in a zero-gap layout for maximum energy yield per surface area.

Residential rooftop module: Q.PEAK DUO (BF) ML-G10 – 132 half-cells delivering up to 415 Wp with an efficiency of 20.9%, making it one of the most powerful rooftop modules available.

Ground-mounted module: Q.PEAK DUO XL-G10.2 – 144 half-cells delivering up to 495 Wp, an increase of up to 80 W over standard 144-cell modules, with 21.6% efficiency.
The series is designed to reduce BOS (balance of system) costs while ensuring reliability, thanks to TÜV Rheinland QCPV certification that guarantees rigorous quality and performance testing.
Q.PEAK DUO XL-G11.2: Breaking the 500 Wp Barrier
For customers seeking even higher power output, the Q.PEAK DUO XL-G11.2 uses larger M10 wafers (182 mm) to achieve up to 590 Wp with 21.7% efficiency. This marks Q CELLS’ first module to surpass the 500 Wp threshold, delivering exceptional energy yield per surface area while leveraging the proven Q.ANTUM technology.
